How to apply for the Rogers Red World Legend

2% needs an eligible Rogers, Fido, Shaw or Comwave service: without one you earn 1.5%
One Rogers Bank card per person: if you already have a Red, World or World Elite, call Rogers Bank to switch

Check you qualify Income: $150,000 personal or $200,000 household. You need to live in Canada and be the age of majority in your province.
Have this ready Your address and how long you've lived there, your employer and yearly income, and your monthly rent or mortgage. Your SIN is optional for a credit card; you can leave it blank.
Expect a credit check Applying adds a hard inquiry to your credit report, which lowers your score a little for a few months. Space applications about 90 days apart.

How to use it

Everything, at home and abroad: 2% with no annual cap (the free Red World Elite drops to 1.5% after $61,000)
Foreign currencies: 2% back and no 2.5% fee. The Red World Elite nets -0.5% on non-USD and +0.5% on USD
Rogers, Fido, Shaw, Comwave bills: 5% back from November 18, 2026, paid online or automatically (not in-store)
Entertainment credit: pay Rogers TV or streaming (or Sportsnet+, Citytv+, Discovery+) with the card, then request the $200 back in the app
Redeem before November 18, 2026: cash back applied to a Rogers bill is worth 1.5x until then, including cash back you already have
Do the math first: against the free Red World Elite, $495 pays off at about $160,000 a year in Canada ($120,000 if you use the $200 credit)
Example: $10,000 a year spent in euros = $200 back here vs -$50 on the Red World Elite after its 2.5% fee
